Kainoa Pauole-Roth
Kainoa Pauole-RothHead Coach
Kainoa, Owner and Head Coach of Pauole Sport, has been coaching endurance athletes for over 20 years. She has a wealth of knowledge in Sports Performance and Sports Nutrition and personal experience as a successful competitive triathlete and swimmer. Kainoa is also the Exercise Physiologist at Seattle Performance Medicine.

Cathleen KnutsonCoach
Cathleen is an accomplished competitive triathlete and runner with over 17+ years of racing experience. She earned her pro card and raced as a professional triathlete for four years. Cathleen is passionate about the sport and loves training and racing. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic and natural ability to motivate and inspire athletes make her a fantastic coach.

Performance & Fitness Testing

Testing is very valuable for all athletes from beginner to professional. Pauole Sport has partnered with Seattle Performance Medicine which houses an advanced physiology lab which includes two high accuracy stationary gas exchange systems. We use the most accurate equipment and sophisticated interpretive analysis to produce the most useful, reliable and valid results that will help any athlete improve their training and nutrition.

Personal Training Sessions

Individually coached training sessions provide immediate feedback for faster results. These sessions may incorporate strength training, swimming, biking, and running techniques and drills specific to improving an athletes overall bio-mechanics and sport specific efficiency.

60 minute session $150

Consultations

Consultations are very helpful for athletes who are looking for periodic advice on specific aspects of their training without the ongoing guidance from a coach. Examples include:

  • Race season planning and training goals
  • Heart rate training
  • Nutritional guidance for training and racing
  • Recommendations on tapering for priority races
  • Off season training guidance
