All coaching packages include our team membership which provides swimmers an opportunity to train with others of similar ability at our year-round swim workouts 2x/week (pool and open water). At our swim workouts you will receive stroke and technique advice from our highly experienced swim coach which provides immediate feedback to maximize overall swim efficiency.

Personalized Swim Coaching package is also available for those athletes focused only on swimming.

  • Bike

All coaching packages include our team membership and an opportunity to train with others at our weekly computrainer workouts at Cycle University. Throughout the warmer months, there are also many training opportunities for long rides around the northwest lead by team leads, coaches and teammates.

Personalized Bike Coaching package is also available for those athletes focused only on cycling.

  • Run

All coaching packages include our team membership and an opportunity to run with others at our coached track workouts and long run workouts. Running workouts are typically scheduled 2-3x/month year round.

Personalized Run Coaching package is also available for those athletes focused only on running.
