Training Sessions
Individually coached training sessions provide immediate
feedback for faster results. These sessions may incorporate
strength training, swimming, biking, and running techniques specific to multisport racing. Sessions are a minimum of
one hour.

Swim more efficiently, not harder! Indoor swim sessions are held
year round at the
All-Star Fitness gym located downtown at the
Seattle Municipal Tower: 700 fifth Ave, 14th floor,
Seattle, WA. See website for driving direction and parking
availability. Non All-Star Fitness members will need to
pay a day fee of $15 for use of the facilities. Email or
call Kainoa at Pauole Sport for available days and times.
Open water swim sessions are offered May-September.
Sessions are offered at various locations along Lake Washington:
Seward Park and Madison Park.
Consultations are useful for athletes who choose to self coach
but are looking for periodic advice on specific aspects of their
training without the ongoing guidance from a coach. Examples
include:
$75 per hour (in
person or by phone)
Testing is
helpful for all athletes wishing to improve performance and
obtain detailed information about their athletic profile.
Seattle Performance Medicine
offers
performance
testing
to
illustrate the balance between your physical capacities
and your physiologic
capacities, your aerobic system (endurance) and your anaerobic
system (speed and power). By addressing the strengths and
limitations found in your testing results, your training and
nutrition can be adjusted to help you efficiently reach your
health and fitness goals. Pauole Sport works closely with
Dr. Cooper at Seattle Performance Medicine to incorporate testing results into
a personalized training plan.
